9am - 1 mile - 12:26 pace Used new HR monitor - bad idea - chest strap too tight - beeped the whole time. Need to practice with tool before tomorrow's run. Legs felt good.
Completed Abs/Stretch last night Clyde - let's meet next week on Thursday morning (after 2 weeks of 1 mile runs) to review new plan and go for a mile run to check form. Would that work for you? I am good with not eating as long as I wake up and go run. If i screw around for an hour or so, I start to get hungry.
